CARRY OUT A FAST & FURIOUS HEIST IN LONDON!
BRIEF
Create a travel prize package to leverage international media exposure for the release of Fast & Furious 6, in particular focusing on the heist theme which differentiates this film from previous titles in the series.
SOLUTION
Winners travelled to London (one of the main filming locations) to see if they had what it takes to pull off a Fast & Furious-style heist. Their heist day included a high speed RIB ride on the River Thames and tickets to London’s newest attraction, the Shard, to carry out covert surveillance from the top of the building. Then they practiced their getaway drift driving skills on a racetrack before celebrating with their partner in crime at one of London’s top night clubs.
RESULT
Some fantastic media coverage was generated, with 21 promotions running in territories around the world including several promotions with popular national TV channels.
